Paintings

I have been struggling to find elements I can use for my experiment so I decided to create some watercolour washes that I could use in my collage work. From looking at Greiman's layered images and transmedia approach I wondered if I could create the washes to be overlaid in some of the collages. I wanted to take a mixed media approach to the test if possible.

Some images of the paintings are above. Some worked better than others. I used masking in tape in some to create shapes. I blended colours in some of the washes and others were just a single colour. I also tried to drip paint on the page but it didn't really work, think I might need different paper to do that.
